The Paris anthropological Museum of quai Branly honors the Paiter Suruí population of Amazonia (Brazil) through an installation by Philippe Echaroux entitled “In Memory of the World”. Bright and ephemeral, visible at night, the projections of the portraits of the Paiter Suruí on the foliage of the trees of the museum are an invitation to discover this people who struggle to preserve the integrity of their territory and respect for their way of life.
