Baal Delupi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Turin (FACETS_ERC Project), and professor at the National University of Córdoba (UNC) and the National University of La Pampa (UNLPam) in the field of semiotics. He obtained his PhD in Semiotics from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina, and has a specialization in Artistic and Political Practices in Latin America from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). His academic research on him focuses on works on the relationship between political and artistic discourses.
He has also been a lecturer at the University of Cádiz (Spain), the University of Sonora (Mexico) and the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). He has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences in Argentina, Spain, Brazil and Colombia. He has published articles in several peer-reviewed journals, as well as book chapters. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Semiotics (AAS) and part of the editorial committee of the journal Refraction (Murcia, Spain).
